How to make plant milk at home?
Plant-based dairy can be found everywhere these days: In stores, cafes, and many desserts and drinks. Plant-based dairy products are very popular with two groups: those who follow a vegetarian diet, and those who are lactose intolerant. For these two groups, the best alternative is plant-based dairy.
Although plant-based milks are available everywhere, making them at home can be fun. And of course, this way we can be sure that we have fresh and healthy vegetable milk.
But how to make plant milk?!
Today we have two methods. First one is using nuts and grains! Choose the nut or grain you want: almonds, cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts, rice, barley, soybeans, etc.
I chose almonds. Soak the almonds the day before. The almond skin peels off after a while. Put the skins aside and put the almonds in a mixer with some water and mix it well. Almond milk is ready.
You can drink this milk, or use it in your favorite desserts and drinks.
The second method is using nut butters. Choose the butter you want, such as pistachio butter or hazelnut butter. You know that butter is basically ground and softened kernels. So there is only one step left! Combine the right amount of water with the butter you want.
Plant milk is prepared so easily. Enjoy its unique taste in any way you want!
