Almond cream

If you blend sweet almonds well enough, you’ll have almond cream! It seems simple but this cream is the secret ingredient to any sweet combination: cakes, pastry fillings, jam, and toast or shakes. Just don’t put it in reach of children or they will eat it all at once in 2 minutes!
