Khakshir

All we need on a hot summer day is a cold glass of water but let me tell you what we do.Khakshir or flixweed drink is a summery refreshing drink we make by adding flixweed small brown seed to water. By itself it doesn’t have a strong taste maybe just a subtle earthy tone, but you can pour different syrups to it or just add some lemon juice and a little sugar. Nothing can satisfy thirst in a hot day like Khakshir!
