Walnut cookies are all delicious but puffy walnut cookies are a must to try! You may ask why. Well, to start with, their puffy cloudy appearance already makes you feel like you’re in a dream. Then the light and crisp texture that lets you grab a bite without feeling too full and last but not least the sweetness and walnut taste that takes everyone to the good old days in grandma’s house.
