pul biber is a variety of crushed chili flakes mostly used in Turkish and Cypriot cuisine. As these cuisines may suggest, pul biber is mostly used in kebabs and meat-based foods. It can be added to olive oil to make an amazing meat or chicken rub. One more surprise: it’s a perfect match to make sauce, potato, pasta or to be honest almost everything!
